U.S. Economic Outlook for 2023 Webinar

With inflation showing widespread signs of easing in recent months, optimism is rising that the economy might be able to achieve a soft landing. However, the inflation level is still elevated despite its recent retreat. In the backdrop of high inflation, December’s U.S. retail sales showed the biggest drop in a year, suggesting weakening consumer demand and softer growth in 2023.

To ensure inflation will return to its long-term target, the Fed indicates that it will likely continue to tighten rates in 2023. Higher borrowing costs will likely weigh on corporate profits and consumer spending.

Join CRC’s Macro Team on Wednesday, February 8 at 12:00 pm ET when they host the U.S. Economic Outlook for 2023 Webinar.
