Where We Are Headed In Lodging Webinar

January US industry RevPAR looked stable with core trends seen through 4Q. Compared to same time last year, growth looked elevated relative to an Omicron-suppressed January of 2022. Bookings across Leisure, Corporate, and Group look promising in the near term, but questions remain on the trajectory of each in the 2nd half of 2023. Can these segments continue to build on top of strong trends in the 2nd half of 2022? Will the robust Leisure trends of the last 3 years continue, and what does that data tell us about the health of the consumer? As the rate of inflation is expected to slow, can high ADR levels sustain?

Join CRC’s Travel Team on Thursday, March 9 at 11:00 am ET as we walk through the latest travel industry dynamics during our Where We Are Headed In Lodging Webinar.

CRC will highlight key themes currently impacting your industry. We’ll also take an in-depth look at the following topics:

  • Macro backdrop and lodging sector outlook for 2023
  • Takeaways & data from our latest proprietary monthly lodging survey
  • Recovery path for airlines, cruise lines, short-term rentals
  • CRC’s 2023 forecasts by travel segment, hotel chain, region, and demand segment (leisure, corporate, group)
  • Hotel operations changes – new insights on operating model changes
  • Analyze lodging brands’ 4Q results and 2023 outlooks

The presentation will be followed by time for Q&A with the CRC Travel Team, so we encourage you to share this with other members of your organization.
